Playground/Rain Garden Meeting this Thursday at 6:30 PM. The Read Around the World (RAW) committee has been meeting to outline what this terrific interactive reading program will be. A joint effort of parents, Ms. Miller the librarian and the teachers; this multi-week reading program kicks off in March and will take our kids on a trip they will never forget. Students will read themselves around the world, jumping from continent to continent, getting their passports stamped as they go, and sharing what they've learned by participating in interactive activities. RAW will culminate in our annual Multicultural Night, where students will get a chance to highlight their efforts and win/earn prizes in a geography raffle.
We still need lots of help, including an Event Coordinator for Multicultural Night on April 30. We've got the details, we just need you! Join In!
