Fundraising

Wedgwood PTA is committed to keeping fundraising to a minimum. The biggest fundraiser of the year is our Annual Pledge Drive; a direct ask where 100% of donations directly funds 63% of our budget. Funds are also raised through our Book Fair, Walk-a-thon, Boxtops for Education and Scrip, which works as gifts cards from many popular merchants with a percentage being donated back to our school. Our Spring Carnival, as well as several Family Night events, are set up to pay for themselves, with past Carnivals raising funds for PTA projects, including the library, the playground improvement, and classroom upgrades.

Some grades host fundraisers to support their specific grades' efforts, including the 5th graders for 5th grade camp and the 4th graders for a special trip to visit our state capital, Olympia.
