When I buy a SCRIP Card, how much is the card worth to me?
You buy the card at FULL FACE Value and redeem it at FULL FACE Value.
Example: You buy a $25 Starbucks Card for $25, and you use the card to buy $25 worth of coffee at Starbucks.
What if I don't spend the full value of the card in one transaction?
The remaining value is stored on the card until you use the full amount.
When do I order and what is the turnaround time?
Fill out your SCRIP order Online or by the Kidmail Order Form. Turn them in by the monthly scheduled Thursday deadline. Orders are delivered on Friday of the following week. You can receive your completed order through Kidmail or pick it up after school in the school front office.
Can I use my Credit Card to buy SCRIP?
Unfortunately, we don't offer Credit Card transactions for the SCRIP program. Since credit card companies require a processing fee of 2 percent to 3 percent of the total for each transaction and SCRIP rebates average 4% to 5%, processing credit cards would cut our fundraising efforts in half, or more.
I don't want to buy SCRIP because I want to accumulate Airline Miles
We understand that credit card program perks are important to you. We offer two solutions:
- Use SCRIP for ONE regular purchase. Perhaps it is gas, coffee or groceries - every dollar counts. For example, if you buy one $100 Grocery Card per month, Wedgwood earns $5. If you do so for 10 months of the school year Wedgwood earns $50. If 100 families do this Wedgwood earns $5,000!
- Some merchants offer reloadable cards. Buy the initial card through SCRIP, and then use your credit card to reload the card at their retail location. Perks and rebates, all in one!
Can I give SCRIP Cards to others?
YES! Scrip Gift Cards make great presents for friends and family. In addition, your extended family can order scrip. Simply include them in your order and earn even more funds to benefit Wedgwood School!
I won't be able to keep track of my SCRIP Cards
Most SCRIP Cards are the same size and weight as credit cards. Keep them in your wallet with your credit cards. They will be ready to run through the store card reader when making your purchase.
What happens if I lose the SCRIP Card?
Unfortunately, it is like losing cash. Wedgwood SCRIP is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

When you order online you select what you want, verify the order, and submit - It ensures your order is accurate and does the math for you!
